Bill Grice is currently the President and CEO of MW ADVANTAGE LLC and Director of the Minority Business Development Center in Detroit Michigan (MBDA), the MBDA Center operates under a federal grant from the Department of Commerce department. The Center is Operated by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC).

Prior to joining MBDA Bill served in many roles as a Resilient C-Suite leader and Serial Entrepreneur. Bill is a noted industry sector expert and advisor in Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, Medical products as well as Machinery & Equipment. Bill has an extensive background working with public and privately-owned companies in the areas of turnaround management. He has successfully assisted and obtained new and expanded credit facilities with alternative sources of capital. As an investor He has also actively participated, invested, and completed M&A activities and transactions.

Certified in Plastics Manufacturing Technology from Ferris State and Grand Rapids Junior College Certified in Leadership Management International Waco Texas. Dartmouth Tuck School of Business – Executive Business Courses, Growing Minority Businesses to Scale. A family man married for 34 years to high school sweetheart, 3 lovely adult children and five grands who are the love of his life!

Bill is Active in the community through nonprofit organizations, He has help facilitate capital raises of $4.5 million Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation. Established and mobilized a Diversity and inclusion Committee within the Association for Corporate growth (ACG) West Michigan. Served as VP of the Grassroots formation of Lansing ComUnity Development Corporation CDC. Co-founder of Community Health Builders (CHB) Non-Profit Organization Illinois-Michigan.
